I visited the regions of Dehli and Agra.

The currency in India is the Rupee. There are approximately 40 Rupees to $1 USD and 80 Rupees to £1 GBP.

There are plenty of ATM's in Delhi, accepting all major cradit cards, however I found that the ATM's did not accept my American Express Travellers cheque card. I had to go to the AMEX Bank to use their ATM.
